Varteni Kasapian

Ms. Kasapian has been with our Firm since 2009 and she has been consulting with clients in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Cyprus International Trust, GDPR and pharmaceutical law to include medicine regulations, acquisitions of retail pharmacies, healthcare system law and patients’ rights.  She has served as a fellow in the Armenian National Committee of America in Washington DC, USA in 2007 where she lobbied on the advancement of Congressional legislation on the Prevention and Punishment of the crime of Genocide. In the EU Parliament in Brussels she worked at the DG for Internal, Structural and Cohesion Policies on projects related to Bio-energy, Rural Development and the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme.
