Ioanna joined our Firm in 2021 for her training and has remained with us since. She was admitted to the Bar of Cyprus, Nicosia Chapter, in 2022 with distinction, ranking among the top ten candidates.

Her practice focuses on Trust, Corporate and Contract Law, advising both individual and corporate clients on structuring, governance and commercial transactions.

Ioanna has also developed a niche specialisation in the regulation of blockchain technology, stemming from her doctoral research at King’s College London on the legal frameworks governing Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAOs).
