Our story since 1996
The Christos Patsalides LLC was founded in 1996 by Christos Patsalides under the name Christos Patsalides & Associates. It is currently located in the heart of Nicosia very close to the courts and the business center.
The Firm’s good reputation for delivering effective representation through innovative and practical solutions has established it as a preferred partner for its clients’ needs. Such needs include dealing with increasingly complex regulation, addressing disputes, considering financial solutions in new markets and assessing new opportunities.
Today the Firm’s client base includes both domestic and international clients as well as the public sector.
Christos Patsalides Corporate Management Ltd
We expanded our Firm with the establishment of the Christos Patsalides Corporate Management Ltd, an associated consulting company through which we offer accounting services, sophisticated corporate and financial advice in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings, project financing, public listings and underwriting of public offers, regulatory, tax and anti- trust monopoly matters.
We have a deep understanding of the issues and long lasting relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure effective communication and efficient issue resolution.
